Thai Zinger Smoothie

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 banana, fresh or frozen
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 cup mango or pineapple chunks (or both) , frozen
  • 1 cup homemade coconut milk (my recipe) (canned would work too)
  • 1 TBS coconut oil (like this)
  • 1 – 1 1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger (depending on how much zing you want), peeled
  • 4 ice cubes


Instructions

  1. Place everything into high powered blender and process until smooth
  2. Enjoy and dream about warmer places……
