it’s so easy to whip up a batch of shredded chicken • and when you make it in the instant pot, the chicken comes out juicy, moist, and so full of flavor

just a few simple ingredients and about 30 minutes of your time • and you’ve got a whole lotta shredded chicken for amazing tacos, burrito bowls, lettuce cups,salads, and so much more

you can use either breasts or thighs • it’s really good with a combo of both
