50+ Paleo Pumpkin Recipes

pumpkin, paleo

Yeah, it’s that time of year again.  Time to bust out all of the pumpkin recipes.  I’m a sucker for anything pumpkin.  Here’s my top picks for the pumpkin season: 50+ Paleo Pumpkin Recipes.

Even though I’m a hot weather girl, I love the transition into fall.   It’s lovely here in Northern California this time of year.  It’s actually the nicest time of year out at our beautiful beaches.  The winds quiet down.  The sunsets are amazing.  The leaves start to turn.

And pumpkin season starts.  From delicious pumpkin soups to decadent pumpkin muffins, I love it all.   It’s the cozy feeling I get from all of those warming spices.  Don’t you agree?

Now there is nothing like fresh cooked pumpkin puree to make delicious fall yummies from.  Just cut in half, deseed, and place upside down on an oiled baking sheet.  Rub a titch of coconut oil on outside skin to prevent burning.  Bake at 400’F until cooked all the way through.  You can also use an organic canned pumpkin as well.  I like THIS one because it comes in a BPA-free can.

So, here it is:  my choices for this season top Paleo Pumpkin Recipes.

  • 💗 We choose to live below our means.

💗 We don’t buy things we can’t pay for. We don’t carry debt to maintain a lifestyle. We don’t feel the need to buy the latest brand name or keep up with what everyone else has.

💗 We try to be intentional with our spending, asking ourselves whether something actually adds value to our lives — or whether we’ve simply been conditioned to want it.

💗 We invest in things that align with our values, including our future selves.

💗 And we’ve learned to value things that can’t be bought more than the things that can.
