35 Grain Free Holiday Cookie Recipes

grain free cookies, holiday cookies, paleo, gluten free

It doesn’t take much for me to want to bake some cookies.  And now that it’s officially the holiday baking season, it’s ON!  Here’s 35 of my favorite grain free holiday cookie recipes to get you inspired.

I love to cook, and I really love to bake.  Especially around the holidays.  I love to share wonderful, healthier treats with the people that I love.  I’m not much into the commercial side of the holidays.  I much prefer to make my own gifts- especially edible gifts.

Each year, I choose a few different kinds of cookies to bake and to share.  This year it was really hard to decide what to make.  There are so many fabulous recipes out there.  Today I am sharing with you 35 of the most delicious ones that I found.

New to grain free baking?

It may be hard to imaging baking without grains, but once you see how many alternatives there are, it’s super easy.  You just have to learn how to work with them.

The most common grain free flours are coconut flour and blanched almond flour.  I use both, depending on what I am making.  Please note that coconut flour and almond flour cannot be used interchangeably.

I also love to bake with nut butters.  Almond butter and sunflower seed butter both make amazing cookies.  Tapioca flour is another option.

The best way to get started is to just dive in.  Experiment.  See what you like.

Other things you may need for baking:

  • unbleached parchment paper
  • silicone baking mat
  • adorable cookie cutters
  • good quality heavy baking sheet
  • grandma’s rolling pin

Happy Holidays!

  • 💗 We choose to live below our means.

💗 We don’t buy things we can’t pay for. We don’t carry debt to maintain a lifestyle. We don’t feel the need to buy the latest brand name or keep up with what everyone else has.

💗 We try to be intentional with our spending, asking ourselves whether something actually adds value to our lives — or whether we’ve simply been conditioned to want it.

💗 We invest in things that align with our values, including our future selves.

💗 And we’ve learned to value things that can’t be bought more than the things that can.
  • Lake life is the life for me…. 🚣‍♂️👙🏊• slow days with sweet friends doing what we love ❤️
  • 💗 the older i get, the less interested i am in building a life that looks good from the outside • i’d rather build one i genuinely love living

💗 this is my kind of vacation:

💗 i think the best parts of taking ownership of your life is realizing you get to decide what a good life looks like

💗 spending time with BOTH of my girls is EVERYTHING to me
  • ✨ 5 years ago, i completely uprooted my life because i felt a call for something different • i don’t have a single regret

  • 💪fitness is one of the biggest mood boosters in my life—not because it solves everything, but because it consistently gives me space to come back to myself 💪

💪sometimes the workout is the least important part • the real gift is becoming the kind of woman who keeps choosing herself, over and over again 💪
  • ✨this season has changed me in ways i never expected—and honestly, i think it’s making me a better woman • softer, slower, stronger, and more trusting ✨✨
