Holiday dinner is not complete without the perfect dessert.  Here’s 40 PERFECT Thanksgiving dessert recipes to inspire you.

Everybody loves dessert, so I put together a sweet little list that would just be PERFECT for your Thanksgiving feast.  I’ve included classic pumpkin and apple desserts as well as pecan and pear desserts.  You’ll find some creative recipes with chocolate, cranberry, and pistachios as well.

As always, each and every recipe is made with only real food ingredients.  All are gluten free.  Most are paleo.  Dessert doesn’t have to break the health bank.  We can indulge in ways that are healthier and better for our bodies.

- the food you eat 
- the water you drink 
- your quality of sleep
- your daily movement
- your daily mindset
- your level of stress
- the quality of your breath 
- your drainage pathways 
- the people you surround yourself with
