I went to a party the other night and realized that there was really nothing being served that I could eat.  Being gluten, grain and junk food free, I usually feed myself before I go out as I often find that most party foods are loaded with food that I prefer not to eat. Wouldn’t it be fun to be able to eat everything at the party?  Here is a list of 50+ Awesome Paleo and Primal Party Foods that I would serve if I had a fun party.

Eating a clean and healthy diet doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice flavor and decadence.  There are plenty of delicious, mouth-watering foods that you can eat that won’t leave you feeling like crap later on.  Quality matters.  Everything you put into your body affects the way that you feel. Sometimes you just need a little inspiration.

Imagine walking into a party where everything being served was healthy, gluten and grain free,  soy free, refined sugar free and made with REAL food ingredients.  For real?  Yes, for real.  You can eat everything on the table.  HEAVEN!

🥬 basically just cabbage, beef, onions, and rice • all baked together in a good quality broth until crispy and golden on top • YUM 

🥬 cabbage casserole is to Finns 🇫🇮 like spaghetti is to Italians, tamales to Mexicans, and curry is to Eastern Indians • it is almost as old as Finland itself and is an essential part of the Finnish culinary tradition
