Soup is life.  That is all. Coming at you with 30 super easy Whole30 soup recipes to keep you inspired. 

Whether you’re gearing up for a  Whole30 reset or just trying to be healthy after the holiday splurge, this post is for you.

Soup is my favorite way to eat healthy and to get loads and loads of vegetables into my diet.  Soup is easy to make.  You can make big batches to save time in the kitchen.  And most soups freeze easily for quick meals later on.

Below you will find 30 easy soup recipes. All super healthy. All Whole30 compliant.  All soups you can feel good about eating and feeding to your family.

If you’re not totally clear what Whole30 is, check out THIS POST.  It’s by far my favorite healthy eating reset.  I like to do it a couple times per year to get myself and my tastebuds back on track to healthy, clean eating.  I always feel good when I’m eating this way.  Real food.  Lots of vegetables.  Lots of good quality fats and proteins.

As always, I do not advocate any particular way of eating. But I’m pretty sure that we can all use more vegetables in our lives. We are all unique individuals with unique needs.  I encourage you to listen to your body and eat what makes you feel good.

I personally don’t eat dairy because my digestion feels better when I don’t.  I know many folks avoid grains completely, but I find that a bit of white basmati rice and the occasional oatmeal feels good to me. I do avoid grains during my Whole30 reset because I like to focus on giving my digestion a rest and on getting in as many nutrient dense vegetables as possible.   It’s all about finding what works for you in this particular season of life.  Just do you, babe!

🥬 basically just cabbage, beef, onions, and rice • all baked together in a good quality broth until crispy and golden on top • YUM 

🥬 cabbage casserole is to Finns 🇫🇮 like spaghetti is to Italians, tamales to Mexicans, and curry is to Eastern Indians • it is almost as old as Finland itself and is an essential part of the Finnish culinary tradition
