For the one day a year mamas get a break,  here’s 20 healthy Mother’s Day brunch recipes to spoil and indulge your favorite mama.

Mother’s Day is one of those holidays where I look forward to family, flowers, and food. And the best part is that I don’t have to cook any of it.  Don’t get me wrong, I love to cook.  But having an entire day dedicated to being taken care of  by my family makes me extremely happy.

And since Mother’s Day is just around the corner, I’m going to make your life super easy this year by sharing some of my favorite healthy  brunch recipes so you too can love your mama up like she deserves.  Nothing says “LOVE” like pampering her with a decadent and delicious Mother’s Day brunch.  Let her sit back while you take care of all the details.  She will love you for it! (especially since all the recipes are healthy and gluten free. ) NOTE:  all recipes are dairy free except for the 3 minute hollandaise sauce, which is made with either ghee or butter.

I’m a big fan of hitting all the key points at brunch: savory, sweet, and dessert.  I’m mean, it’s Mother’s Day.  You might as well go all out because you know she does every other day of the year.
