45 Grain Free Strawberry Recipes

Oh, so many strawberries, so little time.   This is definitely my favorite time of year for creating new recipes.  Looking for some inspiration?   Here’s 45 of my favorite grain free strawberry recipes from some of my favorite bloggers.

Did you know that the best berries in the world grow in my homeland? Finland is actually famous for wild berries. Clean soil, water and air, and the midnight sun in the cool summer nights does something magical to berries as they grow.  What I wouldn’t do for a bowl of cold milk  and wild Finnish berries sprinkled with a bit of sugar?  That was heaven to me as a child.   It’s the simple things.

The only milk I drink now a days is homemade coconut milk.  And the only sugar found in my pantry is coconut sugar.  But the feeling is still the same.  I may have to give it a try. Back home in Finland, we would say, “ihana!”  – meaning fabulous or wonderful.

In honor of fresh summer berries and favorite childhood desserts, here are 45 strawberry recipes you can gobble up your fair share of summer berries yourself.  There’s even a few savory strawberry recipes at the end. Enjoy!

🥬 basically just cabbage, beef, onions, and rice • all baked together in a good quality broth until crispy and golden on top • YUM 

🥬 cabbage casserole is to Finns 🇫🇮 like spaghetti is to Italians, tamales to Mexicans, and curry is to Eastern Indians • it is almost as old as Finland itself and is an essential part of the Finnish culinary tradition
