  • 💗 We choose to live below our means.

💗 We don’t buy things we can’t pay for. We don’t carry debt to maintain a lifestyle. We don’t feel the need to buy the latest brand name or keep up with what everyone else has.

💗 We try to be intentional with our spending, asking ourselves whether something actually adds value to our lives — or whether we’ve simply been conditioned to want it.

💗 We invest in things that align with our values, including our future selves.

💗 And we’ve learned to value things that can’t be bought more than the things that can.
  • Lake life is the life for me…. 🚣‍♂️👙🏊• slow days with sweet friends doing what we love ❤️
  • 💗 the older i get, the less interested i am in building a life that looks good from the outside • i’d rather build one i genuinely love living

💗 this is my kind of vacation:

* a quiet lake
* my favorite people
* time outside
* simple meals

💗 nothing fancy

💗 i think the best parts of taking ownership of your life is realizing you get to decide what a good life looks like

💗 spending time with BOTH of my girls is EVERYTHING to me
  • ✨ 5 years ago, i completely uprooted my life because i felt a call for something different • i don’t have a single regret

there is so much peace and power in intentionally creating a life aligned with your values and heart’s desire

but it takes radical ownership of EVERY aspect of your life
  • 💪fitness is one of the biggest mood boosters in my life—not because it solves everything, but because it consistently gives me space to come back to myself 💪

💪sometimes the workout is the least important part • the real gift is becoming the kind of woman who keeps choosing herself, over and over again 💪
