OK, you guys! It’s time to get back on the healthy eating wagon. I’m going to help you out a bit with 20 of my fav Whole30 dinner recipes.
I love the holidays. Food, family and more food. Anyone else stuff themselves with baked goods and sweet treats this past week?
But now the fun is over, and it’s time for a little clean eating reset. I’ve mentioned before that doing a Whole30 is my preferred way to get myself back on track. Not sure what that is? I explain it all in THIS POST.
So for the next month, I’m off the sweet train. No more indulging. Just wholesome real foods. The basics of a Whole30 is to avoid sugar, grains, dairy and legumes (and all processed foods) for a period of 30 days to give your body time to heal and rest from foods that may be affecting your metabolism, causing inflammation, and aggravating your digestive system. I’ve done it several times before and am always reminded how good I feel when I eat this way.
And if you are with me on getting back on the wagon, I’ve got you covered with some great Whole30 dinner recipes to get you through the next 30 days. We can do it!
So, here’s to a healthy and vital start to the new year.
xo,
Katja
